Jack and Dox have sniffed out quite a treasure for this month.! This month the treasure is from: KENYA

- Grind Tye: Whole Bean, Drip Ground
- Cupping Notes: Medium Acidity, Smooth Body, Floral - Citrus Undertones.
This incredible single origin coffee from Kenya is rich with flavor that makes you stop and savor slowly for a moment to explore the vibrant flavors from this special brew. Enjoy tasting notes of blackberry, kiwi, and mango sweetness, with a hint of mint and white wine-like finish. This exquisite coffee is grown in the volcanic soil between 1,700 - 1,890 above sea level. The farmers of Kenya, located in Nyeri County contribute their very special small round Peaberry lot to the renowned Gura Factory where the specialty coffee is processed. This bean is a treasure in itself. Unlike the typical coffee bean, Peaberrys are not split and flat, rather they are small round beans that are carefully treated and processed and dried for two to three weeks before roasting. Then, the beans are delicately roasted producing a cup that is slightly sweeter, brighter, with vibrant flavor, which is why the Peaberrys are highly desired.
This lively tasting adventure starts with a bit of berry, then a tropical detour, followed by enough intrigue to keep these two Barkaneers coming back for another cup.
